Mike Rykse started trading in 2002 as a finance major in college, using the leverage available in the options market to build a position with a small account. He went full time not long after. A visit to the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange convinced him that consistency comes from a defined system rather than instinct, and in 2006 he became a NetPicks customer. Having entries, targets, and stops set before every trade was the piece that had been missing. Mike joined the NetPicks team as a trading coach in 2008 and has been Lead Options Instructor since 2009. He is the author of the Options Fast Track program, used by more than 1,300 traders, and the Options Academy course, which covers the full set of options tools he uses in his own trading.
